Hannah Gart is a young visionary, Karma Tales was the dream, and since 2014 she has made it a reality. After completing extensive school and trainings, her work centers around core group of creative skills and holistic services. She teaches Yoga, Archery, Dance, Meditation, and Art along with practicing Massage Therapy, and Ayurvedic Medicine. Karma Tales came from her belief in all that she does and her want to share and inspire other to incorporate these beautiful modalities into their own lives.
Being dubbed creative and "a leader" as a child, Hannah has a profound business and marketing sense. Before ever taking the step into the fields of health and wellness, her focus and talents were in art and graphic design.
Karma Tales is a Customizable Wellness Adventure Outfitter, because Hannah believes every day has something new and amazing to offer you. Karma Tales is Hannah's heart and soul. It started as a blog, now turned magazine, and has only begun to blossom into what she hopes for it to be.
Nationally Board Certified and California Licensed Acupuncturist, Oriental Medicine Practitioner and herbalist, "Tessa" Jennifer Nagel has spent most of her adult life in northern California and is happy to call west Sonoma County her home.
She received her Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine College, AIMC in Berkeley, CA. Tessa enjoys working with all types of patients and has helped thousands of people with pain, digestive issues, depression, anxiety and other emotional issues. She also feels comfortable and has experience treating cancer patients, survivors and those dealing with other chronic illnesses.
In her free time, Tessa enjoys practicing Qigong, Tai Qi and hiking in the calming, inspiring, nature that surrounds her.
Yoga Instructor and Massage Therapist
From an early age Alix Cooley was inspired to do yoga by her mom, grandpa, aunts and uncles. Throughout high school and college, she traveled the world to study with potent teachers; taking their classes, participating in workshops and retreats, and graduating senior student of Warrior Yoga during her 4 years at UC Santa Cruz.
Alix's dance background drew her to study and complete her 200 hour teacher training with Shiva Rea in Prana Vinyasa Flow in 2007. Since then she has assisted Shiva's retreats and workshops. She recently graduated from massage school and is now assisting her students even deeper in their health and well being. Alix is motivated by the profound gifts that yoga and massage have given her, and is devoted to sharing them with others.
